The quality of the service and staff is unlike anything I've experienced with other medical professionals. Kristen Timpy used a technique that was painless and monitors my health with the kind of excellent responsive communication we all wish we had from health professionals. I had the most amazing facial at MedSpa 501 with Brittany. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The entire experience was the perfect balance of relaxation and results. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and so well cared for. The facial massage was incredibly soothing, and the customized mask felt amazing. Brittany was so knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire treatment. MedSpa501 is such a gem! The space is clean and nicely appointed, and the entire staff is incredibly welcoming. I just finished a laser hair removal series with Holly and felt so comfortable and cared for during my treatments. Her attention to detail is noteworthy and I so appreciated her flexibility after a scheduling snafu on my end disrupted one of our appointments. Holly’s kind and calm personality is icing on the cake. I’ll definitely be back for other treatments in the future!

I had daxxify yesterday with Holly & the whole process was seamless. From booking with Kara to arriving and being welcomed with a friendly smile. Holly was on time & had everything set up and ready. She went over what the best tox was for the look I wanted & was incredibly knowledgeable about all my options & explained them easily. She mapped my face so I could see what she had in mind and then marked my face and showed me in the mirror. We went over my budget and she said I could have the look I wanted in that range which I appreciated. I had a squeeze ball if I needed it (I didn’t) but she kept me laughing and was done quickly.
