My sister and I purchased an LED face light and set of Lavelier skin care products from Beautyfrizz in Scottsdale, AZ. Our salesperson at the time promised us 3 years of free refills on the products, which sealed the deal for us. I had questions at the time, as to how we would go about requesting the refills as our products ran out. He assured us, just contact him when the time comes, and he'll help us refill. He provided both his email and phone number for us to contact him. Well, lesson learned, we should not have trusted him and obviously should have gotten that promise in writing (although now I wonder if that would have even mattered).
