Very unprofessional. Was lied to about getting my hair done and canceled because of an “emergency”. Mind you my friend witnessed the stylist @stylesby_kayyy saying she was going to cancel because she didn’t feel like doing her hair. The owner came to the door multiple times lying and cussing my friend and I out while we waited for Kay to come service me. It was one thing to lie but then the stylist hid in her shop for 30 minutes before coming out in which she had nothing to say nor was she in a rush to an emergency.
I got my hair done by a young lady named Lo-Lo & she was very professional & my hair came out BOMBB!!! The shop was clean & neat & I would definitely recommend her as well as the shop....
