MD Esthetics North Andover

Today was my first visit at MD aesthetics in North Ander after previously being a client at ideal image before they closed. From the moment I walked in, the front Desk staff was courteous, welcoming, and very inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The RN who performed my injectable treatment, was incredibly friendly and professional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made me feel confident in her knowledge and expertise. I truly felt she was well educated, and skilled in what she was doing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely like to see her again for future treatments. Highly recommend.

Went in for my Botox appt. First time there since it became MD Esthetics (formerly Ideal Image). Check in was quick and simple, front desk person checked me in and gave me forms to complete. No issues. As soon as I completed the paperwork Isabella, the botox nurse, came out and brought me to a back room. Appears the entire office is being remodeled. Isabella was great. Super friendly, conversational, asked me questions about what I wanted and discussed possible side effects clearly. After the injections she gave me her contact info incase I had any issues or questions after my appointment. I didnt have any issues with the previous office but this visit felt alot more personal and engaging than the prior staff. Very happy with my visit with Isabella and will be back again.

Originally was an Ideal Image client and felt like what I was looking for wasn't being met. At my first appointment with Erica from MD Esthetics I felt like all my concerns were completely heard and was assured that my needs as a client would be met. Staff here is super friendly and feels very welcoming when you walk in. Would highly recommend coming here!

MD Esthetics has been a great experience for me. Switching over from Ideal was unexpected so there were some concerns but they have treated me like one of their own. Carolyn is a sweetheart and does a great job on laser hair treatments. Would highly recommend!
