“J” the Barber is a fixture in the Barstow Community! What the “Barber Shop” is to some, is a social club, psychiatry office, church etc. The prices are tailored for the military community but are in comparison to $25-$30 prices that local barbers charge.
Jay the barber is a really nice guy great conversationist and his skills with the clippers is unparalleled.
