I never write reviews but my experience with the hairstylist/hairdresser at this salon was so terrible that I just had to (to let others know to avoid her). The hairstylist was havyn. First of all, I have naturally black hair, I came in asking for a chocolate dark brown hair and she recommended bleaching so I can get my desired color. She quoted me $240. My hair was still pretty much black at the end of the appointment. I asked what went wrong and she said that maybe the bleach she used wasn't strong enough. I asked but didn't you check if it was light enough? and she said she thought she saw a brown color but that must have been my previous color (I had my hair colored to dark brown w/o bleach back in April overall though still look black). Absolutely horrible experience for my wife. First off, my wife’s appointment was at 10. Sam the stylist who was doing her haircut did not show up until after 10:30. Ok, not the end of the world. It happens. My wife wanted an A-line haircut and her hair was just above shoulder length. She very specifically said she didn’t want much length taken off in the front but what she got was a bull cut that was about 4” shorter all the way around then what it was when she went in. Sam messed up several times badly and was trying to correct her mistake and had to keep taking more off to fix it. She absolutely butchered my wife’s hair. My wife came out to the car balling her eye out when I came to pick her up. I immediately called the salon so I was not causing a scene and I asked to talk to a manager

I have been getting my hair done by Haylee for a couple years now. She has provided a relaxing clarifying treatment and a couple of hair balayage color treatments to cover and blend my graying hair beautifully. She has also given me different haircuts by helping figure out what would suit my face frame. When I ask her opinion she never steers me wrong because she is honest and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and has only sold me products I truly need to maintain my hair color. Her new salon is extremely cute and relaxing. I highly recommend you try this salon! I found Haylee because a friend of mine gifted me a haircut with her and I have not gone to another hair stylist since.

I've been seeing Haylee for years and have never been disappointed. I'm so happy she has her own salon now. My visit here was amazing, they have many beverages to drink while you have your appointment. I walked in a dark brunette and walked out a firey redhead! Haylee is so good at what she does, I would never trust anyone else with my hair so long as she's around!

My hair stylist Rosa was so friendly and did exactly what I wanted on my hair ! I love this salon and wild highly recommend !
