May’s Spa ( Williamsburg）

Excellent service at May’s Spa! Amazing massage therapists and wonderful massages offered at this spa. Must visit!

Do Not Go Here I Repeat DO NOT GO HERE . I walked in she was on the phone 1 minute into the massage she stopped and was on the phone then tried to scam me for money saying my card didn’t work when obviously my bank alerted me when she ran it. I just let her have the money and left.

Terrible!! Just booked a 90 minute massage and facial with a friend. Started with two massage therapist and went to 1 half way through. She was trying to jump back and forth between the two of us. I received maybe 20 minutes of a massage when it was supposed to be 50 minutes. They were in and out of the room stopping and starting the massage. They were speaking in a foreign language to each other during what little time they were both in there. It was so unprofessional and not relaxing at all!! I feel ripped off because I paid for a massage I didn’t receive. The facial was a joke. Go buy yourself a mask at Walmart and save yourself some money. That’s all the facial was. I’ve had many massages and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

If you’re big on self care then you’ve found the right place! I’ve had massages around the world and May’s Spa is definitely one of my favorites. They are very respectful and friendly. The massage therapists are excellent and each one has a different style. Prices are very reasonable for their high quality services. I highly recommend them :)

May is an absolute miracle worker. I have had chronic back pain for about 5 years, and have tried everything. Since going monthly to May my pain has diminished significantly! In addition, the facility is very nice and comfortable. I prefer it over the Newport News location. Definitely recommend for those with chronic pain, trust me, she will fix it!!
