I've gave this place too many chances I will no longer return back into this salon. They started out so good when they first open but lately is been alot of procrastination. This set was done LAST WEEK !! I've notice they rushed through it . The lady didn't even cut off my cuticles. No lotion. Made the nails looks so bulky. Now it looks like I need a filling is only been a week. One of my middle nail feels like is about to pop off . What bothers me is that she didn't cut my cuticles makes my full set looks disgusting . I didn't spend my money for my nails to come out like this .

I went about a month ago received a full set it was ok a little big and the stones wasn't place to good was cost $40 I went back yesterday for a fill in and gel polish charge plus reshape this time I like the way they look but again $45 smh really pick a price already a full set 40 and a fill in is supposed to be $30 that's what it says on the broad

If i could give this place a 0 i would. Do not go here not even to remove gel, save your money. The customer service is trash and the staff seem like they genuinely have no idea what they’re doing. They are really rough so you’ll definitely be bleeding afterwards. I asked for a simple french tip and did not get that. The lines were bulky and the color didn’t match my skin tone. At some point they just gave up and told me this is the french nail color they have so i either had to take it or get a solid base color. I never felt so humiliated in my life, I almost left in tears. Oh and i still had to pay $40 for what idk, since I never got french tips! I have no idea how this place is still open with all these negative reviews or if there are licensed nail techs. Avoid at all costs!

Every time I come to this salon its different prices 1 week I get charged $55 for a filling Gel polish no design next week its $45 gel polish frensh tip I'm not understanding how that cost less than regular with no design. The quality of the GEL polish is terrible and chips fast, they need better glue and acrylic because the nails pop off so quickly after 1-2 days. The workers are nice but i always seem to get cuts from them workimg so fast to get to other customers they put a green chemical to the cuts making it burn really badly and yet they still will continue on working around it 🤬 unless u forcibly tell them to stop.
