Have been a long time customer and just went there today to use one of my gift certificate and they told it was no longer good due to new ownership, Same name same place. I had a special deal with Maxi nails buying $2000 a year and giving them to my customers, I explained to the new owners that they would be losing over $2000 a year for $100 ,they did not care. They do not value loyal customers . Stay away they have raised their prices to high anyway and was thinking about using another salon, Well decision made. Have a great day and thanks for reading.

My wife and daughter went to Maxy Nails last week and loved it! The new management is doing a great job—the place feels super clean, welcoming, and the staff are really friendly. They both were very happy with the service and the attention to detail. You can tell the salon has improved a lot. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Avoid Maxy Nails – They Don’t Value Loyal Customers My girlfriend is one of the most easygoing, polite, and generous-tipping people you’ll ever meet. She has been going to Maxy Nails for over two years, always booking with Michelle, who has done an excellent job for her in the past. One day Michelle was off, so another technician helped her. After the service, my girlfriend politely asked to change the nail color. The tech did it, but with a noticeably negative attitude — even though she paid for the change. Shortly after, the owner, who sits at the first chair by the reception, told her she was no longer welcome at the salon. No explanation, no discussion — just banned. This was after years of loyalty and thousands spent there. This is not how a business that cares about its customers

Everyone is always kind and accommodating here! It isn’t cheap, but I’ve enjoyed a regular manicure, gel and powder, regular and spa pedicures, eyebrow waxes and shoulder massage add-ons. Definitely worth it. The photo is of a one week old gel manicure 😊
