I got a blow out from a woman who’s Instagram is jy_dominicanhairstudio. She ended up burning my hair, and my hair has been falling out in handfuls. On top of that she quoted me $35 but ended up changing it to $70. Please don’t take your business here,all stylist should know the basics of protecting ALL types of hair from heat damage. I have to do a big chop now and I’m so sad that I ever gave this place a chance,been growing my hair out for years 😞

Have done my hair here a few times with I believe her name is Karina. While her ability to do hair is fine, my qualm with this business is how they just make up prices on the spot for services. Even if they quote you before hand, she suddenly upped the price $40 on the same hair process as before, even though I bring my own color products. Worst part, is she upped the price and declared it with an opportunistic tone, so it’s not about even needing the money but just raising prices due to “inflation” as an excuse. If you want to keep your customers, don’t change prices on the spot and disrespect clientele that way.

I absolutely recommend this salon. Yhonny does amazing work. She made my daughter look absolutely beautiful for her first day of school. She really knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. My baby hair looks so healthy and shiny. She goes above and beyond to protect my child hair from heat damage. She always makes sure she gives her a good trim. She is quick fast and efficient.

First time here and I had an EXCELLENT experience! I got a mani, pedi, deep conditioning, hair cut and a traditional blowout. Everything was done exactly as I wanted with great pricing. This will be my new place!!!
