Maxim Nails Day Spa

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I did not have a good experience. First, when I entered the room, the paper that was rolled out for me to lay on was already crumpled and crinkled which told me it was not changed out from the previous client or someone was laying there before me. Then, when the wax was put under both eyebrows, it was very, very hot. When the wax strip was removed, my skin was burning and it felt like a layer of it was removed! After the technician was done, she placed this oil on top followed by a solution of which felt like isopropyl alcohol and it was cold and stung and burned. Also to mention, unlike other salons where I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed, there was no part of the session where my long eyebrow hairs got combed and trimmed with eyebrow scissors and the techn

My first time at this salon, Linda did a great job! She offered me something to drink, She took her time, and my toes were shining when she was done 🧼 ✨I really had a wonderful experience and would come back again. I only went for a basic pedi and gel polish.. but felt like I had VIP service. THANK YOU LINDA! Thank you maxim!
