Matura Salon and Spa Management

Absolutely horribly managed! Salon will not make appointments via phone call. Resident of the assisted living facility must physically come in to the salon to schedule an appointment. One time, when I came to the salon to schedule, the receptionist told me she could not schedule an appointment because she didn't have the appointment book! Furthermore, when the residents arrive for scheduled appointments, they are sometimes turned away because of over booking. This system seems unnecessarily frustrating and difficult, especially for the elderly. I would NOT recommend this salon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are very pleased with the services provided by Matura Salon and Spa for the residents. Kim is always professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of our residents. She takes the time to ensure each resident feels comfortable and cared for, and their patience and warm approach truly make a difference. The hair and nail services they provide help our residents feel confident, refreshed, and pampered.
