Best Nails

This place never fails! The poor reviews DO NOT do it justice and shadows the potential this place has. Went here a few days ago (just moved to the area) and loved how my nails came out. Recommended it to a coworker, and hers came out amazing too! Both are shown in the photos. This salon is CLEAN, they use disposable cuticle care items for each client. Aside from those who have the traditional skills, they have quite the amount of staff who can and will attempt to pull off creativity you may request! loved my experience here. Recommend to ALL.

I have been coming to Best Nails since 2018. Great people, clean shop, talent... Jimmy did my Halloween nails.

The service felt rushed and my nails didn't come out like the picture I showed her. Then she added a design and glitter that I didn't ask for. I asked for coffin shaped nails and french ombre. They are more square than coffin. She was very nice but I've never been done in 45 minutes before. They don't look terrible but just not what i asked for.

For inconsistency in pricing and service, go here! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I've been going here for over 10 years, service is never consistent and the same services were never the same price. I only went for convenience and their "lower prices". Now, after over 10 years of going there, they are going to charge me $80 for a an acrylic refill and standard pedicure? I don’t think so. I’ll spend $80 somewhere else where they don't price gouge their customers for mediocre service. Thanks, but no thanks.

The older woman there did not know wth she was doing first off I asked for gel she proceeded to put regular polish on my toes had to wipe it back off to put gel on. Then when she did my nails she didn’t even clean my cuticles my nails look awful it’s already peeled off and I just got them done feb 24 which isn’t even a full week. NEVER WILL I RETURN HERE . I don’t like to act a fool in public so I paid them and left knowing I’ll never come back there again and it’s sad that I’m sure they knew this woman wasn’t skilled to do nails .
