My hair was in desperate need for help, and Judy listened and knew exactly what she needed to do to help reverse the problem I was having with my hair. Keith, the maintenance man here in Plano is on top of his game! I had a temp problem w my plumbing, left an order that evening and it was fixed to perfection the very next morning! He’s friendly, professional and tends to any issues immediately.Thanks again, Keith!!

I've been a tenant at Mattison Ave in Plano for 13 years. Finally we have a great maintenance team. keith has been professional, friendly and attends to the needs of the tenets in a timely manner and even checks back with us to make sure all is good. Customer service is spot on!

Had a very uncomfortable & unprofessional encounter while waiting for my service in the hallway. While waiting with my 1 year old son for my lady to finish up with her prior client, this lady came and sat in the chair that my son’s diaper bag was already in. She proceeded to stare at me as if I was in the way. Once I didn’t remove my son’s diaper bag from the chair, she proceeded to grab the empty chair by us and sit it directly in front of the chair with his diaper bag. She seemed to be bothered that I was there. It honestly felt like a racist encounter. I later found out that the lady works in the salon. Would be open to having a discussion with the owner regarding my experience.
