I not only picked up another one of my favorite candles from Mateo’s but got a gorgeous color & cut, courtesy of Sandra. Hadn’t cut my hair in a year and she freshed my look and chose a beautiful autumn brown shade. Whenever I need a pick-me-up this place is my go to. They have a wide selection of services, tried the waxing too, and well-priced, eclectic gifts!! So relaxing and a great reset 🤩

Grace Douglas is the best stylist I've ever had. She makes my hair beautiful and healthy. Grace is super talented with both color and cuts. She understands my non-stylist terms and understands exactly what I want. I have a lot of fine hair and she gets it. At my age, I still feel confident, thanks to Grace!

Two stars because I was lied to, and my massage therapist either didn't read or didn't respect my notes when booking. I've gone twice, both times the discussion about the massage was brief. The first therapist didn't check in with me much, so I didn't advocate for myself like I should have. The second time was a disaster. They called and asked to move my massage 15 minutes later so a better suited massage therapist could work on me. This therapist Brittany either did not read or did not respect the note I put in when scheduling. When I asked for the hot stones to be placed on me while she worked on somewhere else, she hesitantly agreed, then said that no massage therapist would leave a stone placed on my body, which is a lie. She ended the massage when I brought up that I had it done at

My sister and I did the Grand Escape spa package. I had never done a spa day and it was a big experience. Everything was so well coordinated and well thought out. I got the best massage I've ever had from Monica. I've never had anyone actually work on the knots in my back. The woman who did my nails was very thorough. I got a chicken melt for lunch and it was delicious. If you have any apprehension just know they have thought it out and have you covered.

Grace Douglas - Grace did such an amazing job on my hair! 100% recommend her to do yours! She completely understood what I wanted for my hair and executed it perfectly. I truly felt like me again when it was all finished. Plus I promise you she will make you smile about 100x during your appointment, which just makes the experience 10x better!
