I’ve been hearing about Marita’s exceptional skills a lot and decided to give it a try. I went for a hair cut (layered bob), but ended up with a root touchup and highlights. For someone who is very weary and particular about my hair and how its done, this was extremely out of character for me. But I trusted Merita instinctively. Not sure why. I just had a vibe that I can trust her. She was professional, very knowledgeable about hair processing and color matching, and spoke eloquently and confidently about what to expect. So I ended up with color, highlights, cut and styling, and all in under 2 hrs! I was blown away by how quickly and effortlessly the whole process went. It was one of the best hair salon experiences I had in a long time. But the best of all was the final result. Absolutely

I took my Mom here today for a haircut and was welcomed in by friendly staff. Mom was long overdue for a cut and Charlotte listened to the style Mom wanted and was patient and put my Mom at ease with a nice chat. Very pleased and will definitely be back! Thank you!

I will only let the females cut my hair here from now on. The guy just rushes as fast as possible and cuts unevenly. I had to go to another shop to fix his mistakes.

Not only left with heat damaged hair, burned the side of my face, and owner, Merita, shrugged the whole problem saying my hair was "gummy" and stating that my hair was already terrible and viewed as damaged because I have ethnic type 3c hair. $69.98 were gifted to this business from my pocket on this day. I really miss the only hair stylist that was well rounded in experience on how to style hair that required more than the typical blow day and iron. Left home crying because my hair looked disgusting and my hair no longer curled the same as before Charlotte touched my hair. Permanent damage. My hair now breaks easily and my curls are not the same (frizzy, lacks definition, and recoils terribly) . Last picture is my volumous type 3c hair, well taken care of, and held curl shape even when pu
