⚠️ BEWARE: Worst Nail Experience Ever at Master Nails in Palmetto ⚠️ DO NOT GO!!!!! Let me start by saying I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16. I’m 33 now—so I know what good service and quality nail work look like. I usually go to a specific nail tech or salon, but I needed a quick polish change before the weekend, so I gave this place a try. Big mistake. When I walked into Master Nails in Palmetto, I got my wax done first—eyebrows and upper lip. They turned out okay, but only because I had to watch the tech like a hawk. She nearly took off all my eyebrow hair and slapped a glob of aloe all over my lip until I stopped her. Then came the nails 💅—and that’s where it went downhill fast. I've been going to Jade just about a year now and I don't trust anyone with my nails. She loves to try new designs and techniques- she's an artist not just a "nail tech". If you expect to get in with her though you **need** an appointment. Most regulars keep standing day/time slots - so new clients get lucky by cancelations or booking a month out.

I wish I could give this place more stars! I recently went to USA nails in Palmetto who made my nails look like I went to a training school! I called Master Nails and without hesitation they brought my vision to reality... Like a good nail shop should!! Thank you for fixing someone else's mistakes!! For your reference I posted 3 pictures.. 1st one is what I wanted. 2nd is the garbage I received from USA nails.. And last, certainly not least... Is the end result of going to an upstanding and wonderful nail salon!!!

Poor quality and designs pricing is really inflated. Also made me wait 40 minutes because I called to say i’d be five minutes late, which I can understand. Still they taxed me for this sticker, they wanted $15 and it fell off the next day from poor application. Would not recommend don’t get me started on the shaping smh i’ve seen worse though
