First time trying out this salon - so glad I found Jen! She made me feel comfortable right away - the way she handled my hair showed she knew what she was doing and was very skilled in her craft! My hair looks beautiful and the whole experience was super relaxing which was what this tired mama needed! Thank you Jen you were such a blessing today -I will definitely be back and tell others ♥️

First time at this salon and I couldn't be happier with Janera's! I went in with damaged very fine, bleached hair. Jennifer and I decided cutting the dead ends off and using an all over color would be healthier and still brighten my blonde hair. She was right! I walked out with a healthy, blonde head of hair. She took the time to consult with me and gave me her honest feedback, not advise that would benefit her pocket! The salon is super cute and clean, a hidden gem in historic district of Palmetto!

Had a great experience with Jennifer yesterday 2/25/2026. Spent so much time with me to get my hair just right. I will be back.

I am from WNY and can not find a salon that can do a shag correctly. Came to Palmetto for a workcation and decided why not get a haircut. She went above and beyond, plus amazing attitude. Definitely will be back for my next hair cut.
