Only works by appointment and schedules are not reliable. I made a weekend appointment. I was sent a message asking to confirm. I confirmed. Following, I received a cancellation message. I called immediately to make sure it was known I did not cancel. Just that fast they booked someone in my time slot. All they could say was I'm sorry and they can make another appointment. No thank you! I waited 2 weeks for THIS appointment and had a big event that evening. I had to find another salon in a hurry ON a Saturday. I am so thankful there's plenty of other hair salons with just as good hair skills. You can't treat your customers like that.

She did my hair tape in extensions a while back ago she installed them and they looked absolutely gorgeous at that time I didn’t have that many. but she made them look so full and even she made everything look one Length. I went to someone else to redo them and they did them horribly they came right out. I need to come back here I love her work ((madison))

This woman is truly amazing at what she does. I came here on a referral. I just moved from Brooklyn and in search of a hairdresser who can make me feel like a star when I leave her chair. I got that at Massa. I can go to my conference with confidence now.
