I had the best massage this past weekend at Massage Luxe! Tehira was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. She and the rest of the staff were very professional and the salon was very welcoming. I walked in very stressed but walked out completely relaxed. If you need a massage in the Williamsburg area I highly recommend this outstanding facility!!!

Amazing establishment. I’ve been to multiple places in the Williamsburg and Richmond area and MassageLuxe has met my expectations and more. The front desk manager was professional and sounded excited for me to book when I was on the phone booking my massage and then when I came in later on that day she was still there and still maintained a happy, friendly, but still professional attitude. The lobby is nice and the lounge is refreshing. My massage therapist was amazing as well! She paid attention to my problem areas and didn’t rush! She studied by body and did what she could to alleviate my pain. When it was over I had to grab a membership to come back monthly. Another bonus is they are CONTRACT FREE! Go here if you’re looking for a luxury experience!

I went back and forth as to whether or not I’d write this review or not but I’m so bothered and frustrated by it. I received a Swedish massage by martel and it was not the best experience. I was not asked what kind of pressure I desired and he proceeded to do a super light pressure. I barely felt the massage and he sat down most of it. What really bothered me was that he did my massage with ONE hand!!! I was very tense which was expressed to him when he asked me what brought me to massage luxe so I thought I’d be getting an amazing massage, but I didn’t. I barely saw his eyes when he greeted me so I’m not sure if he was tired or just lazy. I am extremely disappointed and left there paying a lot of money and still tense and not relaxed.

Just returned home from my afternoon massage. I received the Swedish massage from Courtney. Very thorough in her discussion with me prior to getting started. Everything felt completely comfortable. As for the massage itself, it was absolutely fantastic. She met my expectation for pressure and points to focus on. I highly recommend her as a therapist if you choose to go. The whole studio is well kept and very relaxing. I will be going again for sure.
