Faith was amazing. She adapted to my needs even if they were not typical. The front office may need a little retraining to meet the needs of customers. After the massage, the woman at the front said “wait you’re not done” and explained that a hydro spa was available for an additional 10 minutes for first time customers. It was phrased as this was something a customer must do and was very aggressive. Perhaps better wordi by might be “if you have time first time customers are eligible for ..”

The best massage I have ever had. Thank you Tiki. Great deep massage. Everything was great. Michelle made booking the appointment feel like a personal experience. Not your average franchise massage spa.

My daughter and I had an incredible day at Massage Luxe. I had a deep tissue massage with Alejandro and she had a facial with Trinity. Both made it an amazing experience. Michelle at the front desk was super sweet and made us feel very comfortable which made the overall experience very relaxing and therapeutic. Top notch staff!! I highly recommend.

I’ve came here at least 3 times and today I met Faith. Faith is incredible at what she does. She listened to my needs, focused on the areas that needed the most attention, and made the entire experience so relaxing. I walked out feeling so much better. If you’re looking for an excellent massage therapist, Faith is it!

Came here 3 times in a month. Trying different therapists until I find "the one". Unfortunately today was my last time trying. Not complaining everybody technique is different, but the timing should be the same. Today my massage started at 11:10 and ended at 11:50. The clock is showing 11:53 because by the time he finish talking, I got off the bed and had to find my phone in the dark. Massages are 50 mins. This was only 40 mins. Then the therapist didn't turn the light on before leaving the room (which you can see in Pic below) so I open the door to get some light so I could see my clothes to get dress. I should never have to get dress with the door open. I was a member in McDonough Ga, no issues. Unfortunately here it's totally different. Hate to cancel my membership but I can no longer
