I went for massage therapy today and Altair was amazing! She was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been going to Altair for medical massage and she knows her stuff. I always feel better after going there. She takes her time to listen and see what you need to aid in healing any ailments.

I have been going to Altair for more than 20 years. At first it was to address low back pain. Then it was to alleviate a severe muscle spasm in my shoulder post surgery. Her methods are one of a kind and she is intuitive of many ailments relating to the body. I currently seek her holistic approach for “maintenance” to help with stress-related aches, pains and tightness of muscles. I have also recommended her to others for sciatic issues. She is the best!

Went yesterday to have a lymphatic drainage and immune system boost before spine surgery. Altair is the most knowledgeable therapist I have ever gone to. As soon as she starts massage and manipulation you feel better. I was in horrific pain before I went but after going I felt less pain, more mobility and healthier, like everything was finally working in sync together. Have another appointment next week. Been seeing Altair on and off after I had surgery in October 2018. You want a relaxing, professional massage, that is a full 60 minutes, go see Altair. She truly listens and cares. She offers lymphatic massage as well as a full menu of services. I drive from near Babylon area all the way to Bellport. Nice cozy, comfy office in a Professional building. Love that heated table on a cold day.
