Self care is so important and From the moment she arrives, her calm, professional energy instantly puts you at ease. Michelle has an incredible intuition for exactly where your tension lives—she zeroes in on those stubborn knots and problem spots like she has a sixth sense. Her pressure is perfect: strong enough to melt away deep muscle tightness without ever crossing into painful territory. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely renewed, often with noticeable improvements in posture. Michelle has been the best therapist we have ever had. Each time she finds our ‘ trouble’ spots and works them out. Michelle gives a complete and thorough massage - just what our body needs! She works with integrity and professionalism. We definitely look forward to her visits.

Michelle Is absolutely wonderful. I had a bad case of sciatica and could barely sit or stand, but that is one of her specialties. I have been going to her ever since! She worked some magic and I was able to get back to my regular life. If you ever have aches and pains, she is the best!

Michelle is an excellent massage therapist. I have been having problems with my neck and after the massage my neck felt so much better a very relaxing experience.

Very skilled and knowledgeable about how the body is connected which definitely helps with releasing pain. I was so tense that it hurt to do anything but after it was such a relief as everything was easier and no pain. Very reasonable prices and doesn't focus on the clock like others do.
