Wow, just looked at the reviews of this place and did not have the same experience at all. I bought the reflexology off Groupon for $23!! Kevin took care of me, constantly asked if I was comfortable and recognized if he was a little rough and asked and backed off when I told him my calves were tight or whatever. I'm a runner and he worked out every kink in my plantar fascia. I almost fell asleep it was so wonderful. I wouldn't know about the reflexology part since I've never done that, but the massage and the atmosphere were amazing. Upon leaving, I was offered a water which is customary after a massage at most places. I honestly don’t even know what to say about this place. I had purchased two Groupons: one for a one hour deep tissue massage for my boyfriend, and the other one was a one hour foot massage for me. The place itself looks very nice and there is very nice calming music playing however, that is about all the positive things I can say about this place this place. While we were waiting for our appointment in the lobby an African American couple was done with their massage. As they were walking towards the doors, the masseuse asked the customer for a tip. I looked at my boyfriend because I thought I was hearing things but the look on his face confirmed that I had heard the masseuse asking the customer for a tip. I suffer from recurring muscle knots around my shoulder blades that are very painful, so I came here after getting a deal from Groupon for 40 dollars for an hour. It was very last minute since I couldn't get into two other places and I didn't even look at reviews before making an appointment since I was in so much pain. The place is clean and professional looking and their pricing is very reasonable. I've been to a couple different massage places around Fredericksburg from massage therapy to the place in the mall. I was looking for a massage place to relax and unwind after a long day . I found a deal on groupon where you could get a 60 minute massage for $34. I called they were able to take me and asked me to pay there and don't get the Groupon (Groupon takes money out of their profit) .I get there have the well needed massage . It was great . Then upon leaving I asked the for change for a $20 to give him a $6 dollar tip ;one that is 18% and two I didn't have much cash and needed cash to get back home to New Jersey.
