My colleague and coworker ordered 8 flannel face cradle covers for our office. Upon arrival, there were only 5 in the shipment. Massage Naturals was contacted promptly with the assurance that 3 more would be shipped immediately. Upon that shipment's arrival ,only 2 were in this package. AGAIN, contact was made to get the remaining 1 shipped to us. The contact person seemed a bit glib about ALL the mistakes and offered no compensation for all this hassle. I also order for my other business and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. One mistake I can understand, but 2 on the same order, especially when we only ordered 8 seems a bit much for me to tolerate.

This place has everything from 8 oz tubes of Biotone Deep Tissue cream to gallons along with tables, sheets, towels and supplies. To top it off, the people here are helpful and wonderful to work with.
