I've had a lot of professional massages over the years, and I believe Sarah has been the most effective practitioner I've had work on me. My primary concerns at this point in my life are chronic pain and functionality issues. She has done deep tissue, trigger point work, stretching, and whatever else she feels will do me the most good. It doesn't always feel the greatest at the time she doing it, but if you're looking for lasting results, she's definitely who you want to see. I'm sure her natural talent and training makes her great at relaxation massage as well.
