I’ve struggled with significant pain, and their skill, knowledge, and attentiveness have made a world of difference for me. They take the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and tailor each session thoughtfully. I honestly don’t know how I managed before finding them. She was amazing. The only problem I had was I paid $125 and it was honestly only 45 minutes. I get massages quite frequently and I’ve never paid that much for &45 minutes. If it was just rating my masseuse I would give a 5 star. Because of the time I probably won’t return

I’ve been here twice now and have experienced problems with the front desk, Madeline in particular, who is the assistant manager, I believe . It was my first time at Massage Envy, I got a gift card and was coming to redeem it.As she was checking me in , she asked for a credit card, I was trying to explain that I had a gift card but she kept on interrupting rudely to be honest and didn’t give me a minute to talk. It was degrading. After a while, she explains that even with the gift card, a credit card is needed for the appointment which is fine. The problem was just her being rude and aggressive while I was trying to explain.Give it a minute so the customer can speak! I went to the my appointment annoyed. After my appointment, I had my FSA/HSA card which they accept but my card was declined
