Massage Envy

Their massages are fine, but DO NOT go for facials. I treated my daughter to a facial using my membership and was hoping she'd enjoy it since she'd never had one before. She let the technician know that she had sensitive skin but half way through the procedure her face started hurting. She asked if that was normal and the technician said, "yes, it will be spicy". My daughter didn't know any better but when she got home she took a picture and sent it to me. Her face was completely bloody, pretty much all over her face. It was way beyond simply red and took almost two weeks to heal. I contacted the manager who proceeded to send "cut and paste" corporate replies that didn't even fit the context of my complaints. Excellent front desk and Ashley is my favorite for me. I do not like really deep, but still need the muscles released. She has magic in her hands! She also adjusts according to how I feel that day. Hope they pay their staff well. I've had a membership over 10 years. It's part of my health plan for me!

I had an anti- aging facial and chemical peel today with Queshia. It was amazing! Not only was she very knowledgeable and explained everything, the results were remarkable- all of my wrinkles on my neck literally disappeared after the peel. I highly recommend Queshia at the Williamsburg and Newport News offices!

The message went well and the lovely ladies up front was amazing especially Mrs. Jo! She needs a raise! She answered all my questions with professionalism and very well mannered!
