Literally the pushiest people 😂 the lady with red hair was the worst. I wasn’t even the client and it was an unpleasant experience for me. I went with my best friend and she kept being pressured for a membership something. Definitely work on your customer service rapport if you want to increase memberships. Makes you feel like a number rather than a valued client.

Very disappointing experience to pay for 60 min massage when there are delays by the therapist Tamera for her conversation. My session didn’t start until after 2:07pm (when I got undressed) and I was dressed by 3:01pm. The disclaimer she gave was the first of many red flags 🚩: “I am not upset if you tell me you don’t like something, but I am upset if you tell the front desk and not me”. I then confirmed full body massage, no restrictions besides the obvious, and only the areas I selected as high priority were touched. My lower back had absolutely zero attention, though my back was selected as high priority. Massage therapist Tamera injured my back. I received a massage on November 19th 2025 and started having horrible back spasms a few days after. I called and spoke with management and vocalized my concern as I only booked a relaxation massage with medium pressure. Very dismissive of concerns but said I would receive a call back after I requested an escalation. Never received a return phone call. Over a month later and I am still experiencing pain in the thoracic spine. Completely unacceptable and negligent, especially considering this individual is named in other reviews as injuring others. I’ve discussed this situation with the Illinois Bone and Joint Institute about this establishment as well as my local Pilates studio so this doesn’t happen to anyone else if possible.

I went in today for a prenatal massage and clearly stated during check-in that I wanted a full body massage. The front desk specifically asked if I was comfortable having my chest, head, scalp, and glutes massaged—I confirmed yes. Unfortunately, the massage was extremely disappointing and did not match what was discussed. My back was massaged for about 30 minutes, my arms for less than 5 minutes, and my legs for less than 10 minutes total. My hands, feet, head, face, neck, and shoulders were completely ignored. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, and by 4:52 I was already dressed and standing (see attached photo). This clearly does not reflect a full-body massage.
