I had the pleasure of working with Lorraine from SteamSaunaBath to organise a very specific order of European White Aspen; she was able to provide me with all of the dimensional lumber I required for the sauna and changing room panelling and also the sauna benches, window and door framing, and so on. Nothing was too much trouble for Lorraine who readily gave her expertise and time to the ordering process whilst I worked out exactly how much of each dimension / length which helped to minimise waste, she was also a great help with the transport complicated transport logistics due to this order heading in to Canada. Would I purchase from SteamSaunaBath again? Without hesitation !!! Would I contact Lorraine to make the purchase? Absolutely !!!

After a long and frustrating experience with my local retailer I purchased a sauna heater from SteamSaunaBath. Lorraine promptly reached out to touch base on my order and kept up her helpful and prompt communication right through shipping. It was a breath of fresh air working with her. My only regret is not going with SSS from the beginning. Great prices, great service, highly recommended.

I purchased a Harvia Legend 150. It arrived at our spot in very remote Maine within 2 weeks of my first call. Pricing was reasonable compared to competition. Our assistant Cole was top notch; answered all of our questions, responded to my couple of calls very promptly. We won't install it until the spring, but I trust this dealer and am sure any further questions will be professionally answered.

Wow!, Just Wow is what I can say about Steam Sauna Bath's customer service. Normally when you call into a Company's Customer Call Center it becomes a game of random chance and you never know what to expect. Not here, my "personal representative", Lorraine Barth, took great care of me by answering multiple requests, quotes, estimates and ultimately helping me place an order. And when the order did arrive (complete Custom Sauna Room Wood Material and Heater) it was impressively boxed up/wrapped up tight and super protected. For all the LTL shipping and materials I have ordered throughout custom renovations, this Company's was the best in the business. On time promised delivery as well. Great Job Steam Sauna Bath!
