I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lorna. From the moment the session begins, I feel completely at ease. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, and it shows in everything she does. She really listens and tailors the massage to exactly what your body needs. Beyond her wonderful presence, she is also an exceptionally skilled and intuitive massage therapist. I always feel amazing when I leave. Highly, highly recommend.

I expected Massage Envy to stand behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not just unsatisfactory — it felt fraudulent. I called to book a massage using my membership. During the call, I was informed that I would not be able to use my membership for that appointment. As a result, I clearly canceled the booking and did not confirm any appointment. I was even provided with the corporate customer service phone number to address the issue further. Despite never confirming the appointment, my credit card was charged the following day. When I contacted the location about the unauthorized charge, they refused to issue a refund. Charging my card without my authorization or confirmation is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of the amount cha

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for years and have experienced a handful of great massage therapist. Recently, I booked a last minute appointment and was scheduled with Edward. In my opinion, he’s the best therapist I’ve had to date. Very professional, listened to my concerns, and executed to perfection! I feel great after yesterday’s session and definitely will book with him again.

I had the membership this place for years, the beginning was good now they don’t answer the calls people front desk look miserable mad annoying today 02/12/2026 at 10:35 AM had to drive make the appointment to my teens to hear they don’t want to book me with the aesthetician the I want if I don’t tip, WHAT ….. I never hear that in my life it’s like she doesn’t want to make the appointment for me at all 100% Managment need to train better their people front desk and not be rude like that specially when we bring businesses she told me well I suggest you pick other person because she always expect tip so if you kids won’t give to her don’t pick her !!! I got my first 90 minute massage with Marta yesterday. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. She worked on the knots in my shoulder area and made me feel so much better. I
