Massage Envy

Easily the worst massage I have ever endured. I say endured, because I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I almost left mid session because it just felt like a waste of time.I also don’t know if I would classify it as a massage. It was more of a back rub, and even then I have had much better just sitting on the couch. I was really looking forward to the experience, and it really did just disappoint. I only give two stars because the front desk people were nice. But man, the masseuse never asked if I would like more or less pressure. Only started with saying how is the pressure. What am I supposed to say bad? I don’t completely blame them, though, I’m sure they are overworked at a corporate conglomerate place like massage envy. I've been going to Massage Envy in Westminster for many years and the therapists are highly trained. I've had numerous times trying to recover from something and a therapeutic massage (especially by Liz) helped quicken my healing. Self care is extremely important and I highly recommend this business.

I have been a member of massage envy for many years and i have a lot of credits. I made a few appointments on the app over the next month to use some of my credits. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but when i checked the app to double check the time of the appointment, it was gone and only my 2 other appointments were there. I couldn’t find any evidence of an appointment today, so I didn’t go. I was called and told that I last minute cancelled and that I would be charged. I explained that I checked the app and there was no appointment for today. They then blamed me for using the app and they said sometimes the app doesn’t work, but that’s my fault, not theirs. I asked if they would just use one of my credits instead of charging me and they said that is against their policy. I don’

This place sells you on memberships before even getting a massage. I tried there massage and facial and left disappointed. Then they dont just offer a refund, but give credits that I never will use. I had such high hopes and left feeling cheated and disappointed.

I scheduled online and was able to get in the next day with Desiree. She did SUCH a good job. She’s super nice and very experienced. I highly recommend her! I was very pleased with everything, from scheduling to the cleanliness of the office to the girls at the front desk. Very good experience! Go get a massage!
