Massage Envy

I’m a member of Massage Envy at the Viera location and I live in Palm Bay. I pay the $10 difference and go to the Palm Bay location a lot. I went and had Gabby as my massage therapist and she used NO oil massaging me. She was very rough and I asked for light pressure as I just wanted to relax. My normal pressure is firm (I go twice a month for deep pressure for my scoliosis and previous surgery 10 years ago) I can handle pain and pressure but her technique hurt me. I asked her to add more oil and she refused. I told the manger that handles the memberships the next time I came in and was told my massage would be covered to then come out of my massage and told only $15 would be deducted. This place clearly doesn’t care about their members. I won’t waste any more of my money at this location.

Wasn’t overly impressed with my 60 minute massage, the area of focus was where the focus was mostly on which is okay but I wish more was worked on. Had a lot of over the sheet massage which isn’t the same as addressing the skin directly. You pay for 60 minutes but get about 40 minutes of massage. Wouldn’t recommend this location to others. The person that gave me this massage was very friendly, but the technique just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

I am so disappointed with this store, I've been a member for over 2 years. I can't tell you how many times I've had calls to cancel or move my scheduled appointments. A week ago was the last draw! I was 5 minutes from Massage Envy when I got a call to let me know Adam, my Massage therapist was not coming in. Because I was around the corner I stopped by to cancel my membership and my other scheduled appointment I had. FYI cancelation have to go through one person, they make you sign paperwork you can't get at the store that you receive via email and have to print out and have 10 days to do so. What if you don't have a printer??? I lost my last 2 credits due to the incompetence of there front dest staff that didn't listen to their customer. Absolutely horrible

Using my neighbors profile as I fear for retaliation with my membership but I was highly disappointed in the facial service I received. I felt as if my boundaries were dismissed that I specifically said I didn’t want touched and when I tried to provide a reason as to why I caught her rolling her eyes like I was dramatic and making faces. I said it’s just personal for me and again with the faces she didn’t think I saw. I’ve been a member for years and unfortunately I will not be renewing after this service and experience. I saw the provider Liz and would advise anyone booking to ask for someone else especially if you have traumas and boundaries about touch you want respected.

They are more than happy to sign you up for a membership. It nearly impossible to cancel and they are not willing to help in store. No corporate number to contact. Do not go there!!
