I was very disappointed with the feedback I received regarding a cancellation. I was trying to give 24 hours before my scheduled appointment due to a snow fall weather forecast. I tried to explain that we were expecting snow the day of my visit and how do we go about rescheduling your receptionist said if I canceled I would be charged at least 50% of my fee the fact that I was trying to reschedule due to weather, active mother nature, there should be something we can do. She said no I said well I need to speak with a supervisor/manager. She put me on hold came back and said the manager was in a meeting and would call me back that callback never happened the day of my visit Saturday, February 7 at 1 PM. My facial with Jordan was amazing. Although I hadn’t planned on getting a facial, it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The evening appointment around 8 p.m. was perfect, and I definitely plan to continue booking facials because it was absolutely worth it.
