Massage Envy

Totally Disappointed... For my wife's birthday back in January 2026, I wanted to treat her with a massage so decided to get her a gift card so that she could get that done. When getting the gift card the associate Didi told me that since my wife's was never there, she could get two services, facial and massage for the price of one. I specifically asked her if it was necessary for my wife to become a member, she said no. Today, Feb 16th 2026, my wife booked a facial and when she got to the reception she was told that the gift card was only good for one service, that if I had purchased/scheduled at the time the two services she would have gotten the two. Totally disappointed...

Nicole, Bri and Sommer are three wonderful ladies who work at Massage 💆 envy Wellington. These ladies are just Amazing!!!! Their Costumes Service is just Devine to say the least. When you walk in they don’t make you feel like a costumer or client… THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY!!! And because of this it is always great warming experience when at massage envy!!!! I have been coming here for months now and Jennifer was the first person I met. She (as well as the other receptionists) has been the absolute sweetest! Always good attitude, smile on her face, and extremely helpful when it comes to scheduling my massages. She was the one who helped me join the membership and am so so happy to be a member for this location! I am absolutely pleased with her customer service and always feel comfortable walking in there!!

Dustin is one of the most knowledgeable and talented massage therapists I’ve ever had. He integrated every bit of feedback to provide the most productive massage. I would retrieve the holy grail itself for him to work on my shoulders again.

My sister-in-law surprised myself and my two nieces for a massage day. I got a swedish massage my one niece got a facial the other one got a full body massage and so did my sister-in-law. I've been to many different massage places in New Jersey but never massage envy. Carlos was my masseuse and he was wonderful he had all the right spots and even helped me a lot with the sciatica nerve. My nieces and sister-in-law said that their massage was wonderful as well. This place was very clean and the customer service was on point from the moment you walked into the location. The only thing that I would change is get the 90-minute massage because the 50-minute was just too short.
