Massage Envy

I got a facial and it was great. Christine explained the process of what she was going to do beforehand. I really enjoyed it and my face felt and smelled good after. They have a variety of facials available and it’s worth every penny.

I booked a couples massage at Massage Envy of Wake Forest as an anniversary gift—two weeks in advance. Just 1 hour and 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment at 9:30 a.m. on our anniversary date, they called to cancel because “someone called in sick.” (This is after they called me the night before to confirm the appointment) I understand that some things are beyond their control, however the way they handled this was unprofessional at best. There was no apology or remorse shown by their representative, no attempt to make it right, no offer even to reschedule the appointment, nothing. What makes it worse is that they have a policy to charge customers $100 if we were to cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the appointment date/time, but when they do it, there’s no compe

The BEST massage Therapist-Yvonne! Customer service was excellent from the time I stepped into the office. Signed up for the Annual package. Back in a month for another massage with Yvonne and adding a facial to this visit. Can’t wait!

There's a reason this is the LOWEST rated Massage Envy in all of NC. Trust your gut and spend your money elsewhere.... Edit--- What does my date of service have to do with your bad reviews or the relevancy of mine?

I have 2 sessions and 1 body stretch with feilong and he is amazing! He explains everything before he does it and checks in periodically to make sure your comfortable! And everyone is so super nice!
