Shelia is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She really helps my back pain and I feel so much lighter and more flexible after seeing her. I’ve been going to her for about 6 years now and I would never change she is amazing. The front desk staff is warm, kind, helpful, and friendly. Such an enjoyable experience. I have also gotten stretches with Demetri he is also very good. I would highly recommend both of them.

She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and helped me understand which cosmetic options would work best for my skin. Very reasonable price especially when you sign up for their wellness programs. The staff is very friendly and brings a calming atmosphere. The therapists here definitely listen to when you want more focus on certain areas where you’re experiencing problems. Also scheduling works out perfectly and I’ve had different therapists and they all do a great job I’ve got no complaints

Love this place! Been coming for years for monthly massages. I have been working with Steve for years and he’s amazing. He always knows what I need. Have worked with Damon too, and he is wonderful as well. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend this spa.

I became a member right after my first massage and stretch with Fran. She is absolutely amazing so professional, patient, and attentive. She really takes her time, and I walked out of my very first session with no body aches at all. That experience alone made joining a no-brainer.
