Massage Envy

The massages here are pretty nice but who ever the esthetician is, doesn't show up to work. I've had the last 4 facial appointments canceled because they called out, today I didn't find out until I got there.

Don’t get a membership. It’s not worth it. At least for me, I haven’t been able to book times that work for my schedule and you only have the availability to book out 45 days so I haven’t been able to get on the schedule for my availability in advance. So I haven’t used my membership bc of that. So I just have $85 coming out of my account every month and if I cancel I loose all those massages and money. It’s a trap.

Clean relaxing environment. Easy check in/ check out process. The room was welcoming and relaxing.the table was nice and warm. The massage therapist was very thorough when explaining what she would be doing. She checked on me multiple times throughout the session

Booked a massage session with Adam online. Not only was I called 10 minutes late but when he called me he said he hated doing spa like massages and said he was going to do a clinical massage on me. He said he knows it's against policy but said he didn't care. Then said it was important that we talk throughout the session when all I wanted to do was unwind. Kept bad mouthing spa treatments and how clinical massages were much more effective. If I wanted a clinical massage I would have gone to my physical therapist. But this session wasn't about me, the paying customer. It was about him and what he wanted to do. What a weird place. Never going back there again.

Would highly recommend Rose. She was thorough and really effective on my back. Very professional but also friendly and open to the needs of her client.
