Massage Envy

I had to go through 3 therapists to actually find one who could help me. Stephanie is amazing! She’s very nice and was able to finally relieve the knots in my shoulders. The perfect medium pressure. I am very pleased with her and will definitely book with her again. I do feel the membership is a good idea- I save about $60 on each massage. The only downside is that I never received an outline of what I signed up for. I asked for it to be emailed to me but it never was. The front desk doesn’t seem organized.

My entire experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent, the facility was warm and welcoming, the staff was friendly and professional. Stephanie was my massage therapist and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have had many massages, and she gave me one of the best ones I have ever had. She was a great listener, caring very much that she was doing the best job for me. I look forward to visiting her again.

My husband and I came in for a massage that was gifted to us by our friends that have a membership. This is my second time visiting this location and it was one of the best massages I've ever had! Hazel was absolutely incredible. I need deep, firm pressure due to having a lot of knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. Hazel paid special attention to my problem areas and the pressure was intense!! Exactly what I asked for. I like to relax when I come so I love that she is quiet and focused on her work. She was very professional, kind and skilled at her craft! I will absolutely book with Hazel again in the future and highly recommend her!

Place is clean and professional. Customer service is good. Quality of massage will vary by therapist, but most of my experiences have been good.

I’ve had great experiences with some of the deep tissue therapists here, especially Majiec and Dillon. They’re excellent. That said, I was disappointed with some of the amenities. The soft face rest covers were replaced with small, rough partial covers, and cloth towels have been swapped out for paper ones. For the price, I expected a higher level of comfort and quality.
