Massage Envy

I have gone here for years and love the staff. In the past decade, I've only seen two therapists. The stigma of high turnover hasn't been true for me. They are professionals and friendly.

extremely mediocore massage, i got a gift card and they dont honor the introductory rate. $150 for a mediocore massage??? horrible value.

I recently ended my membership with Massage Envy. The massage therapists vary in terms of their skillset, some are okay and others really not worth the money. I feel sad because of the convenience of this being not too far from me. But, I would rather invest in more pleasurable and relaxing experiences. This location leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than working here, in the almost year of membership I can’t even count on one hand the amount of pleasantry or kindness I have been shown. Any day of the week, I would rather pay double for the service if it’s a quality service with an exceptional masseuse and great front desk staff or receptionist. I would return if management overhauls this location to greatly improve the customer

Came here to get a professional massage for the first time and my masseuse was Kristina. She did not disappoint! She was attentive and really took the time to listen to my needs for this session. I left feeling so good and relaxed, it was a great way to treat myself for my birthday.

Customer service is still customer service, whether in-person or by phone. The rude girl that I spoke to over the phone was enough for me to cancel my appointment and book with another location. Very disturbing…
