Got a much needed haircut. The establishment is charming and the amenities (expresso machine, drinks, and snacks) were great. The staff there are all super cheerful and pleasant and every customer walked out with smiles on their faces. Can't say enough good things about the place. Raven was excellent and really strives to make sure the client is satisfied with the overall result. She encouraged a thorough self evaluation to ensure there weren't any changes that needed to be performed. It's probably hard to tell, but she took off all the dry, dead ends and layered it nicely; first with a dry cut, then a wet trim, followed by some diffusing, and that is the end result without styling. Highly recommend this place. I'll be definitely be a repeat customer.

She asked thoughtful questions about my hair goals and color matched with incredible intention and clear mastery. At my instal appointment, Christen made me comfortable and relaxed as she put in my extensions. They were very kind and offered any snacks/drinks you may want during the appointment. Styled my curls/waves very well. Definitely will be returning!

Bri is a natural talent in the hair industry. She took her time with our consult and explained step by step what would be needed to get me to my hair goals. I was able to relax and just let her work her magic. I enjoyed our conversation and the atmosphere here as well. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area needing professional hair services! I had the best experience getting my hair done by Bri at Good Hair Collective. I’ve had dyed black hair for years and (outside of this salon) bleached a lot of the dye out. It was an okay looking auburn. I let it rest for a couple months and found Bri for a hair consult. At the consult I could tell I was going to be in good hands. I wanted to color match to my root which had grown about an inch of cool, medium brown hair. I had convinced myself that it would be impossible to match with all the red hue still in the length.
