My experience at Envy Massage was wonderful from the very beginning. The staff was amazing every time we called, their customer service was excellent. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is comforting and welcoming. My massage therapist, Jocelyn, was outstanding. I am usually very sensitive to pressure, and she did an amazing job adjusting to my needs. She was very gentle, and the entire session was extremely relaxing. I didn’t have to worry about feeling any pain at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Envy Massage.and Jocelyn.

This was my first time at Massage Envy in Scarsdale. I desperately needed a massage after having my baby last year and Antonio did an incredible job. I slept so well and feel like a new person. I signed up for the membership and can't wait to make this a monthly routine (possibly more than once a month so I can try the facial as well!) also, the people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Truly an amazing place!

First time here and I left with a membership! I booked Myra based off of conveniency and I’m happy I met her. Her massage was amazing. I loved that she asked me questions to better understand my needs and my goals/results. I loved that she gave me recommendations on what to do at home to further better myself. Overall, this was a great experience and I can’t wait to go again!

Front desk has the worst service. They do not how to speak to people. Sounds like they just woke up out of asleep. And they stare at their phone the whole time you go in without any eye contact or customer service eticacy. I would never have hired people like that for a spa type of business. Will never go back again because of them. The massage was decent. But I did ask for deep tissue and this therapist said she doesn't do it that way. It's okay there are plenty other places to go for massage.
