Follow up #2 - They will not refund the double charge. Even though I booked 17 and 19 hours before the appointment, they are enforcing the 24 hour cancellation notice. This was their reply - We have received both of your I'm moment about being charged the cancellation fee. We looked at the log of the bookings you made and you made both of them at the same time second apart. At 6:01pm you received an email letting you know of the appointments Both of those spots were saved for you. The therapist needs to get paid which is why there is a cancellation policy in place. Since it was less then 24 hrs it is subject to a 50% cancellation fee if not rebooked with someone else. My front desk gal tried for 2 hrs to get that spot filed with another person. So happy with my facial with Brooke today!! She was wonderful, knowledgeable and did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly suggest going to her.

A $90 mistake! On Wednesday night about 6pm I went online to book a massage for the next day. My usual spa was closed due to a burst pipe so I logged into Savage. BIG MISTAKE!! Tried to set an 11am appt for a 90minute massage but by the time I completed the request, the system said that time slot was not available. No problem, booked the next spot at 1:30 and then went to a movie with my husband. 6am the next morning I checked my phone and had a confirmation for 11am. waited until 9am for the office to open and called in. I explained the situation and was told I would be fined $97 if the 1:30 appointment was not booked by someone else.

Heather was absolutely wonderful. I have chronic pain and many issues. She had just the right amount of pressure for me. I left feeling so much better. I definitely will ask to have her again when I need it.

Shirley never disappoints me. I have been scheduling my monthly appointments with her for years and can always expect a great well balanced massage.
