I was nervous to go to a medical spa since I'm not a "fancy" person. But I've had chronic pain for over 25 years and tried so many medical and holistic treatments. I couldn't remember a day without pain. I completed the Rise Modern Wellness detox program and I can honestly say my life has changed in such a positive and impactful way. My pain is DRASTICALLY better. I have more energy, sleep better and through it all, the Rise staff made me feel not only welcome but cared for. I look forward to continuing this health journey with such an incredible, caring and knowledgeable staff. So many great therapeutic services! The saunas are perfect. No maintenance cost to me and always clean! The nutritional and vitamin services are catered to you. Salt to clear out the lungs and soften the skin. The wellness lounge! Relax with a leg compression and light therapy. It’s like being on a beach in the Caribbean. I wish there were more available hours, but in due time as this place continues to grow while healing others!

The first day I walked in everyone was like family and so knowledgeable and wanting to help you find and get on the right program. I've done the cryo, PEMF, Dry salt, infrared sauna, and compressions. I've noticed my lower back, knees, and ankles have all benefited from all of them and I'm more energetic and in a better head space. I'm so grateful for their help, love, and kindness

I just LOVE coming to Rise for all my wellness needs especially the PEMF mat! It was a bit strange the first time I tried it, but both Kenzi & Megan talked me through it & assured me I would relax then love it…they were so right!
