Massage Envy

It's been about 8 years since I've had a massage and I was a little nervous going in. Stefanie was beyond awesome, she made me feel comfortable and released pain I've been holding for way too long. I'm a breast cancer survivor and I had a bilateral mastectomy so I've been super hesitant to even get a massage because laying on my stomach really isn't a thing, they had a bolster that accommodated being on my belly and it was the first time I've comfortably been on my stomach since surgery. I'd recommend her a million times over and I've already got two more appointments booked with her. I really appreciate everything about my experience this evening.

Kaih was wonderful. I had had a few therapists after our favorite one had left however, I was not satisfied with any of them. Kaih Was very experienced and compassionate. I’ve visited Massage Envy locations all across the country, and the Salt Lake City location at 2236 S 1300 E stands out as one of the best. It’s easy to book appointments through their app, and every time I arrive, the check-in process is quick and friendly. The space is spotless, calm, and run with real professionalism. I’ve now been in three times and have worked exclusively with Fernando, who gives an absolutely exceptional massage. I prefer a firm-to-deep level of pressure, and Fernando’s touch is spot-on—he’s incredibly intuitive about finding tension points and really working through them. Maddy is terrific! She is extremely knowledgeable and has been such a help as I try to get a handle on my home skincare routine. Since consulting with her the last few visits and making some adjustments at home I've already seen improvement with my skin. She's a gem!

I recently had a horrible experience with the front desk at massage envy Sugarhouse. I went ahead and canceled my membership due to this and I was assured it was cancelled. I was just charged the membership fee again after canceling and the manager assured I was canceled. I actually felt ok after talking with her. But then this. I am baffled they are still in business with how shady this is. I 1000% do not recommend becoming a member here. It is a headache!
