Danny is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I see him now for all of my prenatal massages and I love deep tissue. He is so thorough and absolutely helps me feel better every single time. The staff is also so sweet and accommodating! Love it here.
Being charged a fee to leave a tip is a trash surcharge. Saying it exists so therapists “get their money immediately” is dishonest spin. ***This setup shifts processing costs to customers instead of the business.*** Further, it is NOT disclosed up front.*** It is a dishonest business practice and no explanation or apology will suffice.
