Massage Envy

Bad Service and Bad Overall experience. Just left after approx 20 mins at the location. I booked a 1 hr massage with Linda and specified medium pressure desired and I also indicated painful areas that needed work.Linda is listed on their website as a message therapist who can work with All types of pressure. From the first few minutes it became obvious what I requested was not going to happen. She started the massage with icy cold hands which was uncomfortable and did not set the pace right. Then, despite asking several times to increase the pressure, she was unable to apply any type of pressure on my back, I was simply being slathered in oil. I explained to her I had areas of pain that needed more work and if she couldn't do it I asked her politely to stop. I asked if there was someone el

My massage was ok but I explained prior to my massage with Linda I was having hip pain and she never touched my hip or my lower back. The room smelled funky. I think it was the old carpets. I would not book here again.

Always a wonderful experience. Great customer service. Therapist TJ is pleasure to talk to. Soothing massage received. Excellent parking.

My scheduled appointment was canceled because my massage person was sick, that’s okay it happens, however, I live 30 minutes away, they called to tell me 15 min before my appointment, so I drove an hour round trip for nothing. I rescheduled another appointment for a 1 hour Swedish massage, my person was not good at all. It’s like she just rubbed oil around without getting any of the knots I had in my neck, shoulders, it was only 50 minutes as well. I’ve had good massages before but this was the worst! I don’t feel relaxed still have knots! I feel like I need a real massage now! I won’t be back.

Brianna was amazing! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She was so friendly, comforting, and made me feel completely at ease. Her technique was both relaxing and effective—Highly recommend!
