Massage Envy

I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told that the therapist I booked with no longer works there and that they moved my appointment two days into the future with a comparable therapist. I explained that I didn’t schedule an appointment for two days into the future and they said, “We did that as a courtesy to you. Do you not want to keep that appointment?” It would have been nice to be told that my appointment for today, which was scheduled weeks ago, was canceled before I made the trip to the location. And it would have been nice if someone would have asked me if I wanted to reschedule for two days from now.

I don’t know what all these negative comments are talking about because I had the best facial with Mia yesterday and the best massage with Elaina today. I had to get the membership because it is something you can’t do just once, it was so relaxing and the staff was lovely. Everyone was so kind and energetic. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to spend a day to relax!

Massage therapist Joe does not listen and is robotic. I came in for a Christmas gift to relax and was met with disconnect and repetitive motion. The manager listened to me more than the therapist did and did try to offer a future discount but I will not be back after this being my first impression at an expensive cost.

I recieved a gift card for Christmas and was excited to visit this place. When I first walked in, the smell of oils from the diffuser was very refreshing and I saw three lovely faces greet me as I walked in the door. Registration was a smooth process & the atmosphere was very comfortable! It was my first time going to Massage Envy & I have to say it was wonderful! I got a massage & a facial and both made me realize that I should do more self care and take better care of myself. I didn't realize it until Emma (who did my facial) told me she wanted me to be comfortable & that I was there to be pampered. She gave me a skin analysis & had some great information on how to take better care of my skin. Lucy did my massage and even though I was relaxed, her & I had a great conversation! I enjoye

My wife has been using Massage Envy for awhile, and my daughter has gone a few times. They've both been really happy with the massages, and never had a problem. Today my daughter had to cancel her appointment (scheduled for today) because she's having a pet put down. Massage Envy still changed a cancellation fee. :-/
