Disappointing Lack of Empathy From Store Manager I am a longtime Massage Envy member and have generally had positive experiences, but my visit to the Peachtree Corners location on January 14th, 2026 was extremely disappointing due to how the store manager, Hannah, handled a sensitive situation. On that day, there was a well-documented Verizon outage that left me without cellular service. I politely asked the front desk associate if I could access the Wi-Fi so I could remain reachable to my elderly mother during my massage. The associate informed me she needed to ask the store manager, Hannah. When Hannah came to the front desk, her demeanor was stern, unapproachable, and visibly irritated. This is my second time getting a facial from Chastity. She did Dermaplaining the first time and did a fabulous job. Second service I decided to do the Oxygenating facial. She did such a great job & my skin is glowing. The service was super relaxing and I fell asleep haha. Would definitely recommend Chastity for anyone wanting skin care services. The staff members are also super helpful and go out of their way. I had an issue with credits from my other studio. They sorted it out and got it fixed for me. Very thankful!

DeVonna gave an amazing deep tissue massage. She used trigger points and checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I have already referred her to other people!

Great massage by Christy that was helpful for several medical reasons with my neck, shoulders and back as well as feet and calves and hands. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does and is very professional. I had to have this due to my inner ear and eyes not properly syncing up and also due to neuropathy.
