The staff are friendly and the location felt clean. The massage itself was relaxing. The staff made me feel comfortable. I need to learn to be more vocal on wanting more pressure. I received the intro rate massage. The next massage after jumps up in price unless you had a membership. I’m not someone who can invest in a membership for the luxury that is massages so it’s hard to say it’s worth the jump in price.

I went as an emergency appt. It was my first time here and Claudia saw me. She was sooo friendly and welcoming. She put her all into that massage and gave me so much relief. She's so sweet and just a natural easy going person. I loved her. Will definitely be coming back

From the moment you walk in, the front desk sets the tone - super kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful! The management is excellent as well: professional, attentive and clearly committed to creating a great experience. I also love the diversity of therapists and estheticians in the back. There are so many great options depending on what you need - whether it’s deep tissue, firmer pressure or just a relaxing, stress- melting massage. And the perfect estheticians who are very skilled in clearing acne and letting you leave glowing and refreshed. It’s easy to find the perfect fit! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit and will definitely be returning monthly! Highly recommended to everyone!!

The front desk staff on Sunday were extremely kind and welcoming. They were able to accommodate me and a guest last minute, which I truly appreciated. Karen and Katasha’s facials are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made the experience relaxing and memorable. I will definitely be returning.

I signed up for a Massage Envy monthly plan with the expectation of consistent access to appointments. That has never been the case. Appointments are almost always unavailable, regardless of how far in advance I try to book. Over the past 10 months, I have repeatedly been unable to schedule sessions due to lack of openings. Now I am being told that I have 10 prepaid sessions that must be used within 60 days or they will be forfeited. This is completely unreasonable. If I couldn’t book one appointment per month for 10 months, how is it realistic—or fair—to expect me to book 10 appointments in 60 days when availability has been the main issue all along?
